Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Services

Wescot Solutions LLC ("Wescot," "we," "us") provides local business marketing services including:

  • Google visibility and promotion management
  • Review request automation
  • Lead capture and follow-up systems
  • SMS text messaging communication services
  • Related consulting and support

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain access to your Google Business Profile as needed
  • Pay fees on time
  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse automation tools for spam or deceptive practices
  • Ensure you have proper consent before uploading contact lists for SMS campaigns

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

SMS Use Cases

By opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from Wescot Solutions LLC. SMS messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and notifications
  • Lead follow-up communications
  • Review request reminders
  • Marketing and promotional offers
  • Account alerts and billing notifications
  • Customer support communications

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service interactions and preferences. Typically, you can expect 1-4 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during active campaigns or service periods.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply to all SMS communications. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan rates.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out of receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Wescot Solutions LLC.

To re-enable SMS services, you can text START or contact us at info@wescotsolutions.com.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not responsible or liable for any delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network coverage.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our SMS services. By opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Our SMS services are not intended for or directed to minors under the age of 18.

Payment Terms

  • Services are billed monthly
  • No long-term contracts required — cancel anytime
  • Google promotion budgets are paid directly to Google, separate from our management fees
  • SMS/call usage fees (for Automation tier) are billed based on actual usage

Results and Guarantees

While we work to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors including your market, competition, and budget. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, review counts, or search rankings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wescot Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Termination

Either party can end the service relationship at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • We'll stop managing your visibility and automation
  • You retain ownership of your Google Business Profile and reviews
  • Access to our dashboard/tools will end
  • SMS services will be discontinued (you may text STOP to confirm opt-out)

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
